About Ree.......
The founder, Marie Macera, I am a Morris County New Jersey Native, who has built an intense 30+ years of solid hands-on working experience in the business sector of Administrative Management and Support Services. Most of my work and skills were built while employed by New Jersey businesses, which allowed me to comprehensibly learn various aspects of how business works and how to get things done to build and keep an organization successful.
In the year 2000, I started Ree’s Consulting, LLC. I began offering my skills to family, friends, and business associates as a freelance service, most of the time as a complimentary service. As a person whose spirit and cause are all about Love and helping others, sharing my business skills with those who needed help only increased my knowledge and training.
From 2010 to 2019, I lived in the beautiful State of Colorado, where I ran a small consulting and administrative business, under the name Ree’s Consulting Colorado, LLC. In 2019, Marie returned to New Jersey to reunite with my family.
In 2020 I started Ree Cares, LLC., which was directly focused on compassion I would bring care and companionship to anyone suffering the effects of the pandemic Covid-19, people were experiencing loneliness, fear, and some just stuck and unable to get out due to age or disability. As the pandemic worsened, however, the business was unable to thrive due to Covid-19 since there were no in person meets allowed at times, so it sat until things changed.
In late 2021, as Marie assessed the needs around my region, as the pandemic started to fade, it was clear that bringing back my administrative business consulting would fit well into the scheme of how the face of our business environment was headed. Strategically, Ree’s Desk was formed as a dba under Ree Cares, LLC; where it closely defined a market need as to where and how businesses and people needed support and what services were in high demand.
In 2022, Ree’s Desk took shape by the grace of God and the unconditional support of my family, with high acknowledgement going to my father, Andrew Macera, Sr., his love, selflessness and giving nature was the key to making Ree’s Desk a reality.
